Graham is a friendly, relaxed man with a wonderfully sunny, optimistic and positive nature. He meditates and has an interest in contemporary Zen.

No stranger to change Graham has switched professions several times and has first-hand experience of what it is like to make life changing decisions. He began his career in Hotel Management where he worked in Personnel and Training for a large London hotel. He later returned to college and studied theatre design. This led him to work in various roles in London theatre from Production manager to Designer. From there he moved into Television for fifteen years and Art Directed many top TV shows for the BBC and Independent Television. He has a keen eye for detail and a strong visual sense to every area of interest.

As a great lover of travel Graham then took a career break to plan his next life chapter and worked as Cabin Crew for British Airways. During this time he trained as a Coach.

Coaching has been a long awaited ambition for Graham. He was first introduced to coaching fifteen years ago when it was virtually unheard of in the UK. He went to a seminar of US coach Laura Berman Fortgang and was so inspired that he knew that this is what he wanted to do and link it with his love of the media. But first – he needed a coach! He then worked for several years with a life coach in America. This turned his media life around and consequently Graham has first hand experience of just how powerful coaching can be.

Graham now runs his own life and leadership coaching practice based in Brighton, helping clients get in touch with their Inner knowing and enable them to release their full potential into a whole and balanced life – which in turn he hopes will touch the lives of those around them.

Graham’s coaching style is supportive and firm, empathic and honest. He will push and stretch you to achieve your goal.
